Tips menghadapi buyer yg tanya kiriman

kita kasih penjelasan ke buyer kalo barangnya udah kita kirim, kalo emang blm nyampe kita memohon ke buyer utk bersabar, alesannya brangkali terjadi keterlambatan di pos lokal buyer ato petugas pos masih kesulitan nyari alamat buyer. Dan kita yakinkan lg kalo itemnya pasti nyampe :-D

1.kaget ketika liat inbox ebay kita ad pesan dr buyer klo brang gak nympe.. alasanya kaget yaitu krna saya ngerasa gak mungkin donk dropshipnya blm ngrim
2. bls tuh psn buyer.. saya jlsin brang sudah dkirim mungkin akan smpe dlm bbrpa hr..
3.saya nunggu dlu tuh blsan dr buyer, biar saya tau uda nympe atau g.. eh sama aj uda bbrpa hrbuyer g jwb
4. setelah beberap hri.. saya kaget lg.. buyer ngelaporin k'ebay.. ampe "open case" sya krm psn ma buyer tolong sabar mngkin barangnya agak telat.. gak d'jwb jg..
5.finalnya dy minta uang kmbali.. yg saya lakukan..
ya gak ngsih enak aj orng barang dah saya pesan n uda d'krm ma dropshipnya.. (saya juga tkt dy buyer nakal soalnya selain uang dimnta kmbali dy jg minta barang yg dy psn) akhirnya cara saya bnr saya plih diemin tuh buyer.. krna ap setalah bbrpa hri kejadian itu saya bru dpt TN dr dropship.. akhrnya saya kash tuh TN ma ebay.. selamatlah uang saya untuk gnti rugi, akhirnya buyernya diem tanpa ngasih feedback.. ini real saya alami.. saya ampe ngelus da2 amit2 deh ngehadapin buyer kaya gitu lg

tapi tentu saja bisa beda kalo bertemu buyer dgn sifat yg berbeda...tapi yang penting mindsetnya aja yang dipegang,kalo buyer berhak tau segala info barang yg dia beli sampai diterima dgn selamat

1. Periksa lagi database penjualan anda (punya dong..klo blm, hrs bikin, ntar repot sendiri klo udah bnyk salesnya).
Lihat lagi detail utk penjualan ini, mulai dari kpn dia bayar, kpn kita kirim, pake dropship apa, pake TN ato gk,
negara tujuan apa atau kadang alamat ebay beda dgn di paypai..itu jg diperhatiin..
2. dari data di atas, kirim balasan email secepatnya, klo udah di dispute bisa post message dari resolution centre paypai
pastikan kita jelaskan lagi deskripsi item dan kronologis pembeliannya..gunakan kata2 yg sedikit memelas dan ingat jgn pernah maki-maki pembeli sblm dia layak mendapatkannya..
3. klo udah dapet TN segera submit di ebay dan paypai bagi yg sudah dispute

we use hongkong post. so, we didn't have tracking number.
You buy my item on Mar-18-10. 2 days for size and color confirmation + 2 days for handling time so i shipped
your item on Mar-22-10. as my product description the best estimated that item arrived is
10-20 business days (1month or less) or on Apr-22-10. and the worst estimated that item arrived is 30 business days (1,5 months or less) or on Apr-06-10.
If you still can't get the shipment until on Apr-06-10, please check the item at you local post office. If you stil can not get the item, please contact me immediately,
there must be something wrong with the packet and i will give you a full refund as my responsible.
I really looking forward if you can a little bit more patient to give it some time. I am running this business in small

Tips memenangkan dispute:

1. Pakailah dropship terpercaya spt USD ini (promosi moden) , bukan apa2, gw udah bbrp kali menang dispute krn punya Tracking number yg valid (angka2 sakti tuh )
2. klo TN blm dapet, rajin2 lah silaturahim dgn ownernya

Kita jelaskan ke buyer secara pelan tapi pasti dan berikan kenyamanan kepada buyer.

Infokan ke mereka bahwa status order tsb saat ini sedang dalam pengiriman ke alamat tujuan, dan minta bersabar agar ditunggu seminggu lagi dengan alasan karena ini pengiriman internasional antar negara yang kita tidak tahu kendala2 apa saja yang dihadapi saat pengiriman atau di masing2 negara.

Jika nanti memang barang tsb tidak sampai ke tujuan, kita akan kembalikan dana mereka atau kita kirim ulang pesanan mereka.
Sebisa mungkin kita berikan garansi / pelayanan terbaik apapun ke mereka supaya buyer tidak langsung memberikan feedback negatif ke kita.

Ya sambil diajak ngobrol bah, apalagi udah ada Tracking Number, jadi buyer bisa mengecek sendiri orderan mereka. Namun memang agak susah tuh kalo kirim ke luar US, Tracking Number kadang gak sampe 'delivered'. Status masih terkirim aja, gak ada notifikasi kalo udah sampe / diambil buyer, padahal buyer udah nerima barang.
Yang ada malah buyer langsung kasih negative feedback.
Mungkin karena selera dia berbeda dengan design ane, padahal buyer yang satu (dengan item yang sama, cuma beda warna aja, malah kasih positive feedback, malah comment-nya 'excellent' gitu).

Ups, gitu aja deh, jadi panjang banget (malah curhat).

Di deskripsi aku udh ngasih shipping time yg lama, 20-30 business days. malah mo diganti lagi ah jadi up to 45 business days.
Di email "payment thanks" aku cantumin lagi handling & shipping timenya. Handlingnya 5-7 hari kerja, shipping 20-30 hari kerja.
klo ada buyer yg udh mulai tny2, di email balesan aku tulis tanggal barang dia shipped & cantumin lagi shipping time-nya. Jadi keliatan tuh baru berapa hari barang dia shippednya. Jadi berasa baru bentar, dan biasanya sih (alhamdulillah) buyer-nya ga ngomel2 lagi.

Klo kebetulan TN udh keluar, pastilaaah aku cantumin juga TN-nya. takutnya buyer ga ngeh klo udh ada TN barang dia.

Naah, waktu ada si gunung meletus kmrn, aku jg emailin buyer2 yg di Eropa klo ada delay shipping. mereka ga keberatan sih. lumayaan lah memperpanjang waktu shipping tanpa ada komplen, hihihi.

Klo ada buyer yg komplen ttg shipping, semuanya aku balikin lagi ke deskripsi yg udh aku buat. Hei buyer, you ga boleh komplen, kan udh dicantumin di deskripsinya, shippingnya lama, hhehehe. Diem kan tuh buyer

*mudah2an cara ini bisa berhasil terus, untungnya sampe saat ini belum (jangan) ada yg komplen berat

My supplier have a problem with the weather, the weather is uncertain up and down and sometimes should not operate because of bad weather, but my supplier and I will try the best to be working on your T-shirt ASAP, we can not do anything if the weather becomes bad, it's beyond our control, So for handling T-shirt its take 7-14 Days for this month, once again im sorry for this uncomfortable moment.
